The Parker AC690 + Integrator series is a single family of AC drives designed to meet the requirements of variable speed applications ranging from simple single motor speed control to more complex integrated multi-drive systems. At the heart of the AC690 + is an advanced motor control model based on a 32-bit microprocessor. This provides an excellent dynamic performance platform that adds a large number of communication and control options, allowing you to customize the drive to suit your exact requirements. The AC690 + offers 380-460V three-phase 1 to 1500 HP and 220V to 240V 1 to 75 HP. Characteristics: The AC690 can be configured by the user to operate in 3 different modes: • Open loop (volt/frequency) control This mode is very suitable for basic motor speed control or multiple motors driven in parallel. Quick setup menus and simple language displays enable a faster, simpler, trouble-free startup. • Sensorless vector control Advanced MRAS (Model Reference Adaptive System) motor control strategies provide high starting torque and strict speed regulation. MRAS provide accurate speed simulation (without any speed measuring sensors) by continuously modeling the motor. • Closed loop vector control Closed-loop flux vector performance can be achieved with AC690 + by simply adding an encoder feedback "technology box". This provides continuous full load static torque plus a high dynamic speed loop (up to 45 Hz bandwidth); Enough to meet more demanding application requirements. Advantages: • Pre-programmed application macros • Open standard fieldbus communication • The programming is the same as the DC 590+ DC drive • Mechanical protection options suitable for the environment: IP 20-IP40 / NEMA 1-IP54 - Mounted via panel • Class B EMC filters • Energy sings (quick return on investment for pump and fan applications) • Can provide line regeneration AFE device • HVAC series can provide line bypass Standard: When installed in accordance with the relevant product manual, the AC690 + Series meets the following standards: • CE mark EN50178 (Safe, low voltage instruction) • CE mark EN61800-3 (EMC instruction) • The UL complies with the US standard UL508C • cUL is listed in Canadian Standard C22.2 # 14 Technical specifications: Power supply: Single-phase unit -220-240VAC +/- 10%, 50-60 Hz +/- 5% (1 to 3HP) Three-phase cell -220-240VAC +/- 10%, 50-60 Hz +/- 5% (1 to 75HP) -380-460VAC +/ -10%, 50-60 Hz +/ -5% (1 to 1500HP) Environment: 0-45°C (constant torque / 40°C, IP40 cap/derated to 50°C) Up to 1000 m ASL (1% reduction per 100 m above 1000 m) Protection: IP 20 - IP40 / NEMA 1 - IP54 Overload: Constant torque rating: 150% lasts 60 seconds, 180% lasts 1 second Variable torque rating (pump and fan) : 115% for 10 seconds Output frequency: Volt/Hertz mode: 0-590Hz Sensorless vector mode: 0-120Hz Closed loop vector mode: 0-300Hz Switching frequency: Frames B = 3,6 or 9kHz/Frames C, D, E and F = 3 or 6kHz - all with switching frequencies with audible silence. Dynamic braking: Each drive can be equipped with an internal dynamic brake switch (Frames B and C: Standard/Frames D, E and F: optional) Analog input: 4 configurable, 10 bit (13 bit, with optional system card) / 0-10V, 0-±10V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA Analog output: 3 Configurable, 10-bit / 0-10V, 0-±10V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA Digital input: 7 Configurable, nominal 24Vdc (larger 30V dc) Digital output: 3 Configurable relay contacts 3A / 230 Vac Reference supplies: + 10Vdc, -10 VDC, + 24Vdc Motor thermistor input System extension module: Optional system extension modules allow for advanced applications such as phase locking Between drive and register control.
